LoadEventNexus: Add option to not load logs.

Description
There should be an option for the user to say that they don't wish to load the sample logs. The default value should be to load the logs (current behaviour).

To Test:
Basically, run LoadEventNexus twice, once with LoadLogs selected and once without. Then look at the difference in the Sample Logs.
The branch is feature/6892_loadeventnexus_optional_logs.
