Correct the path for downloading scripts

Description

We decided to change the path: current is download.mantidproject.org/scriptrepository, but we want it to be http://download.mantidproject.org/scriptrepository/. Besides, the file repository.json will be inside this folder. It should be add to the .gitignore and should not be listed.

Tester:

It should be able to install the repository and download any file / folder, pointing to the correct path: http://download.mantidproject.org/scriptrepository/. The Mantid.properties should have been changed as well.

I need this changes to be able to continue. So this ticket will have to be tested before Friday.
