Move ScriptRepository github repository

Description

The github repository for scriptrepository will be ​https://github.com/mantidproject/scriptrepository and not ​https://github.com/mantidproject/script. Adjust all required paths and properties to point to the correct path.

Only things related to the WebService were meant to change. From now, it should be available. Tester is invited to test again the interface.

Open interface: Menu->File->ScriptRepository, install it, download some files, upload if you so wish.

Tested the interface and the ability to handle remapping to the new interface if old.repository.json file removed.
