Add non-orthogonal viewing on SplatterPlot plugin

Description

The SplatterPlot plugin should be able to use the non-orthogonal viewing. Add the code to make this happen.

Branch is ​here.

To test:

  1. Run attached script or suitable SC non-orthogonal data converted to Q-sample and UB attached.
  2. Open MDWorkspace in the VSI
  3. Switch to SplatterPlot view.
  4. Enable the cube axes and see that they are non-orthogonal
