Power Diffraction UI has inconsistent status tips

Description

The status tips in the Powder Diffraction reduction UI often doesn't match the corresponding tool tips.

1- On the Experiment Run Setup, the following field have a bad status tip:

  • Run Numbers
  • Sum
  • Calibration File
  • Characterization File
  • Output Directory
  • Empty Run Correction (and its Disable check box)
  • Vanadium Run Correction (and its Disable check box)

2- On the Advanced Setup tab:

  • Maximum Chunk Size
  • Preserve Events

3- On the Event Filter Setup tab:

  • Title
  • Filter Start Time
  • Run Number
  • Message
  • Filter by Time check box
  • Time Interval

There is also a spelling mistake in the Help dialog (diffractometer is missing a 'c')
