Log scaling on when VSI is redisplayed

Description

If log scaling is used before the VSI is closed, when the VSI is brought up again, log scaling is applied in spite of the color widget saying it is not.

To test: Run the procedure below to see the issue and then do it again once the fix is applied.

  1. Open a MDEventWorkspace and view it in the VSI
  2. Click the Log Scaling checkbox.
  3. Close the VSI
  4. View the same workspace in the VSI

Before the fix, the log scaling is still applied on viewing the workspace again although the widget says it is not. After the fix, the color scaling is commensurate with the widget.

The application of the scaling itself is now okay. This has raised another issue with the minimum scale value changing between runs of the VSI. This will be covered in #7440
