Remove SANS API v1 system tests

Description

As part of the transition to API v2, new system tests were written for the ORNL SANS reduction and the old ones were kept. It's time to remove the old API v1 tests

There is little to test here. It is already in the master all these commits.

It seems that it has not applied the git workflow or it has already been tested, but it was not closed.
