Add option to change log level of system tests

Description

Since we have a lot of system tests, using info as the log level might be a little excessive. We should add an option to pick the log level when running system tests.

To test:

Nothing to test. Only code in the systemtests repo has changed.

You can check that the command line option -l is now available and that the system test logs are more readable.
