Relax tolerance of VesuvioFitting system test on Mac 1e-6

Description

The new Mountain Lion machine shows a minor variation in this system test. Relax the tolerance to account for it.

Until this is done we can't proceed with building & testing a Mountain Lion version.

Relax tolerance for VesuvioFitting. Running on Mountain Lion OS X produces slighty higher than expected deviations but not too significant.

Branch: bugfix/7649_relax_vesuviofitting_tolerance_osx in the systemtests repository only.

Tester: The VesuvioFitting test should still be passing, both on the build servers and your local machine.

Seems reasonable.

All system tests are now passing on a Mountain Lion build!
