Description

This fitting function is the product of the muon StaticKuboToyabe and ExpDecayMuon functions. Call this new function StaticKuboToyabeTimesExpDecay. See attached for its mathematical form

Note in the attached formula sigma=Delta.

Call the parameters in this function Delta, A and Lambda

Tester:

Check that the formula in the code corresponds to the provided one and that test suite does seem reasonable and runs successfully.
