Save Nexus should allow overwite as well as append

Description

It may be better to have the option:

Open – create new or replace old

Append – to existing file.

The latter may be useful, for example, to keep the ‘history’ of an operation – in background subtraction saving the input sample & background together with the subtracted sample.
