Drag Workspace over Algorithm ability

Description

This issue was a suggestion by Emanuel. Reassign as appropriate after checking the validity of this issue.

We should be able to drag a workspace on the Workspace Panel over an algorithm name in the Algorithm Panel, and have the Algorithm Dialog automatically loaded and populated such that any InputWorkspace property is given the name of the Workspace, which has been selected.

As an aesthetic I don't like this, and it save no effort compared to clicking on the workspace . then clicking on the algorithm.

It does indeed seem like no less work, given that you'd need to open up the algorithm tree anyway and that the algorithm dialog already gets populated with any selected workspace.
