Multiple warnings from SpecialWorkspace2D makes mantidplot unresponsive

Description

If SpecialWorkspace2D has to log thousands of warnings MantidPlot can freeze.

To tester:

Run the attached script for a couple of minutes. See that MantidPlot remains responsive. The script will need some input files from the wish machine.

Script supplied still used the old API and wouldn't run even with a fair few edits
