[IDA] ConvFit - Setting spectra Min/Max causes it to fail

Description

Running ConvFit in IDA and setting the min spectra number to be something greater than causes list index overflow error because it's trying to use the whole matrix.

To Tester

Run a ConvFit (instructions can be found here: http://www.mantidproject.org/Indirect:Indirect_Data_Analysis#Running_ConvFit) but be sure to change the spectra range used for the sequential fit. In particular check that inputting a non zero lower bound doesn't cause an error.
