FlatBackground can end up subtracting infinity from a spectrum, leading to nans

Description

In the example seen, there was a solitary count in one of the bins within the region being fitted to in FlatBackground. gsl reports the following fit as a success:

The fit succeeded, giving y = -1.#IND + -1.#IND*x, with a Chi2 of -1.#IND
