Create a graph of active detectors in the instrument

Description

For single crystal work, and also for other applications, one needs to know the connectivity between detector elements, so that algorithm such as first_neighbour, breadth first seach etc.... can be used. This is necessary for peak integration, automatic search of peaks, find centroids of peaks etc.... Work on single crystal is now needed for WISH.
