Description

Update the Facilities.xml file with the new ICAT4.3 end-point once Tom sends it to me.

This was solved in #8126. It involved generating new ​gSoap files and updating the end-point in Facilities.xml.

To test

  1. Download recent develop build.
  2. Log into Mantid.
  3. If you can log in and the ICAT GUI is open (with instruments populated) then this is verification that the change to ICAT4.3 has been made correctly.

Alternatively, look at the Facilities.xml file in master, and it should have ICAT4 details as indicated above.

Facilities.xml look correctly updated to use ICat4 on the current master. I am able to log-in and search for stuff.
