Mac gsl libraries seem to be missing some symbols

Description

Some work requires the use of the gsl function gsl_bspline_deriv_alloc. The Mac libraries seem to be missing a set of symbols surrounding these functions.

The current libs are about 2 years old & it's difficult to know what could have gone wrong with the compile at the time.

No branch as it is in third party.

The bspline stuff is now in develop so this build should be passing

Looking at the newly committed library, I see the required _gsl_bspline_deriv_* symbols.
