Mantid crashes when plotting a mantid curve over a qtiplot curve

Description

  1. Open a new qtiplot table (Ctrl+T)
  2. Fill it with some numbers
  3. Plot it
  4. Plot a spectrum from a workspace
  5. Try to add the spectrum curve to the plot from the table

Added a test for null axis units and added a warning when adding a curve to a graph with no axis units.

Following steps in the description will no longer cause Mantid to crash and to the best of my knowledge displays the curves correctly.
