[ICAT] Reset button cleares the Instrument name combo box

Reported by: Roman Tolchenov Owned by: Jay Rainey
Priority: major Milestone: Release 3.1
Component: GUI Keywords: ICAT, ICAT4
Cc: Blocked By:
Blocking: Tester: Gesner Passos

Description (last modified by Jay Rainey) (diff)

The reset button on the ICAT interface clears both the instrument and investigation combo-box. This is not desired functionality. Instead, the index of both should be set to zero (e.g. none selected).

To test

  1. Open Mantid and log into the catalog.
  2. Open the Search GUI and input search terms into all fields.
  3. Click the Reset button and all fields should now be empty.
  4. The instrument and investigation comboboxes should be empty (""), but the user should have the option to select an instrument or investigation again. Previously, this was not the case as each combobox was being cleared.

Wonderful world: one request, one line of code! Great!

It works as expected.
