[ICAT] Loading progress bar

Description

When testing #8296 I noticed that when loading files from CatalogSearch that there is no progress bar.

Use managed load algorithm. Refs #8504.

Using an unmanaged algorithm meant that progress reporting on algorithms was not done. I have changed this to a managed algorithm, which now shows the progress bar as expected.

To test

  1. Open Mantid & log into the catalog.
  2. Select WISH as an instrument and enter WISH00002484.raw as datafile name in the advanced section, and click Search.
  3. Select the investigation to view related datafiles.
  4. Select the largest (430MB) datafile & click Load. You should now see a progress reporting bar for the related load algorithm.
