Description

create an algorithm to write data out as DASC files, for the Dave analysis program.

Data will normally be in 2D S(QE) structure by this point.

That is axes of Q and Energy (or energy transfer) Y units of counts/QE

(In [3509]) Mantid can now export data to DAVE. The units of the axes can be set to anything or unset in which case spectra number and unknown are used fixes #855
