Add overwrite button after text box for output workspace properties

We should render a tool button after the output workspace text box for output workspace properties. It should

  • have a tool tip of something like "Replace Input workspace"
  • When clicked fill the text box with the name of the input workspace
  • be disabled if the textbox is disabled (likewise enabled)
  • Not be created/visible if there is no input workspace property
  • post fix an "a" or "-1" if there is already another output workspace with that name.
  • use the icon that has been already checked in on this ticket.

(In [3118]) Added an overwrite workspace button to output workspace properties. Note that this functionality exists within the base algorithm dialog class. Re #873
