As agreed in meeting 03/02.
It is necessary to check perform the calibration in the simulated data that Richard will provide.

Thank you for this and the help earlier, leave it with me for now to make some better data and sort out the starting parameters

We found that the data may have some detectors not assigned. This is breaking the calibration. The ticket #9117 was created to handle this.

This ticket has been superseded by #9145, which contains the latest calibration script used by Richard for SANS2D and will include any future changes that are necessary.
