Add a test to ensure NexusProcessed backward compatibility

Description

As more people are making use of our Save/LoadNexusProcessed facility it is important that we maintain backward compatibility when we improve these algorithms.

At present the tests of LoadNexusProcessed simply perform a SaveNexusProcessed to create the file to load back in, meaning that we don't automatically spot when we've broken compatibility. We should instead have a persistent nexus file that's used each time.
