Fix annoyances in ISIS Reflectometry Table

Implement some features you'd expect from a table:

  • Resizing columns shouldn't affect neighbouring widths

The following should work when the cell is highlighted but not in text edit mode

  • Copy and Ctrl-C
  • Paste and Ctrl-V
  • Cut and Ctrl-X
  • Delete on Del or Bksp
