Save Workspace dialog needs a UI file made

the code we were given for the export functionality has the same issue as the gui did originally: No UI file or functioanlity separation.

Create a ui file for the save workspaces dialog

The save workspaces dialog now has a ui file made that looks the same (with one addition, a button which will act the same way as a double-click)

The ui file has been converted by pyuic
