Description

TOPAZ needs to scale the intensities with a constant for each detector bank. Currently these values are hard-coded into SaveHKL and will soon be in AnvredCorrections and just used when the instrument is TOPAZ. Xiaoping wants to append these values to the DetCal file so they will be easy for the instrument scientist to change when banks are added or calibrated.
