New warning should be notices instead

Warnings were added to code underneath ConvertToMD which appear in red when the SCD Reduction Interface is used.  These look like errors but are just information that the defaults are being used.

To test run first tab of SCD Event Data Reduction interface in Diffraction with TOPAZ_3132 in system tests. Check what is written to Results Log. Stuart Campbell agreed that most people running ConvertToMD with event workspaces are not planning to use TobyFit, so I could remove the warning that the resolution estimates are incorrect.
