Description
The resolution workspace and EMin, EWidth and EMax parameters should be saved to the sample logs of the output workspace.

To test:
- Run Indirect Data Analysis > Fury
- Open the sample logs for the output workspace (*_iqt)
- Notice the additional entries populated with data from the Fury UI: resolution_ws, rebin_emin, rebin_ewidth, rebin_emax

As the function has been moved to a Python algorithm it was easier to just add this as part of #9689
