After more discussion with Spencer and Sanghamitra the current plan to to add partial Bayesian support to IDA by giving the option of using FABADA as the minimizer in Fury/Iqt and Conv fit interfaces.

ResNorm should be a simple routine to replace with the existing fitting, this should also be possible with Quasi and Stretch but they will likely require more work.
