MuonAnalysis: Handling loading of multiple runs

Description

Allow users to specify multiple runs. Plot each of these runs as separate curves in the same window.

Only allow multiple runs from 1) same instrument 2) must have the same number of periods and histograms

Note this will require some restructoring of MuonAnalysis helper workspaces:

Likely something like

MuonAnalysis -> into a group raw_EMU0000_1 raw_EMU0000_2 raw_EMU0010_1 raw_EMU0010_2

and something similar for MuonAnalysisGrouped

Refs #2857. Remove the append button.

Feedback from Steve says that we shouldn't have an append button.

Refs #2857. Add appending files. The files should use the plus alg.

Connect the next and previous buttons to appending files.

I've talked to Anders about this ticket. He says originally the ticket was meant to load separate plots but over the months this idea developed to what is now ticket #3728.

I am therefore closing this ticket as a duplicate.
