Description
3D and 4D MDHistoWorkspaces should be viewable in the VATES simple interface via MantidPlot.

Refs #4239. Adding menu entry for MDHistoWorkspace.
I'm adding the code for the menu entry for the MDHistoWorkspaces. It is commented out since the source plugin will need to be in place first.

To test, open a multidimensional dataset in MantidPlot and then apply the RebinMD algorithm. Then, open the resulting workspace in the simple interface.
