Description
Franz Demmel has reported that the S(Q, w) CTE interface tab is giving wrong results. E.g. OSI95111, Graphite 002.

Can we not have a option to select which rebinning method to use ?

Refs #4574 - Added option to choose SofQW or SofQW2.
A combobox is now available for the user to specify whether to use the old or new algorithm.
I also took the opportunity to make a minor improvement to the layout of the tab.

Made workspace list in S(Q,w) tab bigger. refs #4574
Increased the min size of the QGroupBox from 100 to 150 in order to make the widgets for workspace selection readable.
