We need to do something about algorithms that use MatrixWorkspace::getDetectorIDToWorkspaceIndexMap as this breaks on many ISIS instruments.

We need a reliable way of determining whether an Instrument can be processed via the Rectangular Detectors route. For instruments like WISH, I believe that this would never be applicable because detectors in neighbouring tubes are offset?

Generate subtickets for work to be undertaken. We just need a decision to be made about what to do here.
