Description
When a user installs script repository, he would expect the scripts to work with Mantid.
Currently they are not and the path to the installed scripts has to be set up in View->Properties->Matid->Directories->PythonScripts
Users usually struggle to find this field, so the installation of the script repository should set appropriate path.
The problem may be not as simple as it sounds initially, as not all paths in script repository are executive path, so setting all script repository paths to executive may be not really efficient or become confusing if different path lead to scripts named similarly. But this can be addressed/investigated later.
