Remove IndirectTrans.py from Mantid source.

Description

With the addition of the new Transmission tab, the IndirectTrans.py file has become redundant as the routines are now in IndirectDataAnalysis.py

Check that the file Code/Mantid/scripts/Inelastic/IndirectTrans.py has been removed from the source and that the IndirectTranmission tab on the C2E interface still works (suggested input files: Sample: AutoTestData/IRS21360.raw Can: AutoTestData/IRS26173.raw).
