Description

This is a rather large ticket that I may subdivide or provide additional blockers for in future.

The purpose of this is to generate the first pass of a GUI that can

  • Load Multiple MatrixWorkspaces
  • Allow in-memory, revertable modifications to individual workspaces or sets of workspaces.
  • Generate a MDEventWorkspace by combining the individual workspaces provided.

This GUI will eventually support both Inelastic and Single Crystal Diffraction workflows.

This approach became too complicated and was not fit for purpose. Successful, simple implementation of this functionality has been conducted under #4328. Future enhancements will be done against that code rather than the items committed here.
